We reply by email with availability, pricing and shipping to your country. Once you confirm, we send your invoice.

Heavy or fragile pieces are packed in wooden crates; smaller items are well padded in boxes.

Dispatch
Pieces that are ready to ship leave Bhavnagar within 24 hours of your payment reaching our bank. Custom-sourced or adjusted pieces take longer; we confirm the timing in your quotation.

Tracking
We email tracking details once your order ships, so you can follow its journey.

Delivery
Your order is delivered to the address given in your quote. Customs clearance in your country may apply on the way.

Shipping portholes, ship’s wheels and heavy pieces
Portholes, ship’s wheels, large lights, marine instruments and other heavy artifacts have different shipping needs. Size and weight affect the packaging, the shipping method and the cost, so we quote each one individually. We do not publish fixed shipping rates.
